摘要 班主任,有人戏称为“班妈”或“老班”。不管是“妈”还是“老”,总是和零零碎碎、婆婆妈妈、哆里哆嗦结合在一起。可能有的班主任并不爱听这种称呼,但我却认为班主任就是要从关注学生琐碎的小事做起。班主任若能关注好学生身边的小事,就能接近与学生的距离,从最贴心的角度给予学生心灵的感动与震撼,学生将获得巨大的动力与支持;反之,若忽略或放任了一些小事的发生、发展,就有可能积少成多,演变成无法预知的难以解决的大事,造成无可估量的损失,追悔莫及。 The teacher in charge, some human of joking designations are "the class mothers" or "older". If the teacher in charge can pay attention to the good student side minor matter, can approach with student's distance,gives the student from the most intimate angle the mind the move with to shock,the student will obtain the giant power and the support; Otherwise, if neglected or the laissez faire some minor matter occurrence,the development,had the possibility many a little makes a mickle,evolves with difficulty solution important matter which was unable to know in advance, causes losses which did not have may estimate, regret not and.
