回转窑生产转炉炼钢用高质量石灰的研究

摘要 结合生产实践,对本钢回转窑生产供转炉炼钢用高质量石灰进行研究。通过制定严格可行的石灰石入窑技术条件,合理配矿,保证入窑石灰石成分及粒度满足回转窑生产工艺及生产高质量活性石灰的要求。摸索出合适的煅烧温度、煅烧时间等工艺制度。可生产出较高活性度及较低灼烧减量的质量水平高且质量稳定的活性石灰。满足转炉冶炼汽车板、石油管线等高附加值产品的要求,达到满意的冶金效果。 Combined production practices, research is done on the high-quality lime which produced through rotary kiln for converter steel making at Bengang. Through enacting strict and viable lime kiln feeding technology request and reasonable distribution, the composition and granularity of lime into kiln can be ensured to meet the production process of kiln and the requirements on production of high-quality active lime. The suitable process system, such as calcination temperature and calcination time etc. has been found out. Some high-quality and stable active limes with higher activity and lower ignition loss have been produced. The requirements of auto plates and oil piping steels smelted in converter with high added value are met and the satisfied metallurgy results are reached.
