摘要
介绍了唐钢1700生产线可逆式粗轧机在生产过程中,板坯头尾经常发生的翘头和叩头现象的原因。通过对现场三种不同来料宽度、十余个钢种生产过程中产生翘头扣头现象的总结,提出相应的辊速调整以及负荷分配调整的解决方案。通过此种方法降低了生产事故的发生机率,生产成材率由原来的85%提高到98%,对现场实际生产具有一定的指导意义。
The paper introduced head warping and head bending in strip rolling at 1700 production line of Tang Steel. We studied three different incoming field width and more than ten kinds of steel, which summed up the phenomenon of head warping and head bending in strip rolling. And put forward the solution scheme for the problem. It has tutor meaning for production. By this method reduced the incidence of accidents in production. Production and finished product rate from 85% to 98% of the actual production site has some significance.
