摘要 邯钢新区炼钢厂在煤气回收系统中采用激光气体分析仪作为气体含量检测仪表,在安全、准确检测的基础上为实现负能炼钢起到了关键的作用,提高了工作效率。激光分析仪具有测量精度高、操作简单、免维护等特点,安全防爆,可以应用于复杂环境。介绍了气体分析仪在煤气回收中的重要作用、仪表所处的工况环境、选型的技术要求、仪表的构造及测量原理、安装维护方法和煤气回收条件等情况。 Laser gas analyzer has been selected for measuring gas percent in steel gas recovery system of new steel plant in Handan iron and Steel Group Corporation. It has played a critical role in the negative to steel-making based on a safe, accurate detection. In particular, it increases the work efficiency. With high measurement accuracy, simple operation, maintenance-free, safety and explosion-proof ,etc, laser analyzer can be applied to the complex environment. Gas analyzer is introduced in the gas recovery in the important role of instruments in which case the environment, selection of the technical requirements, instrumentation and measurement principles of the construction, installation and maintenance methods and conditions for gas recovery and so on.
