摘要
从死亡蚜虫样品中分离得到一批细菌菌种,对这些菌种分离纯化后进行不同细菌对蚜虫的杀虫效果筛选试验。结果从中发现并鉴定出两株蚜虫高致病菌KI 3[粘质沙雷氏菌(Serratia marcescens)]和KI 63[阴沟肠细菌(Enterobacter cloacae)],这2株菌株对蚜虫均有明显的杀灭作用。研究结果为利用微生物控制植物虫害提供了参考。
The present study was conducted to study the control effects of bacteria against aphides. Some strains of bacteria were isolated from dead aphides, purified and cultured to test their control effects against aphides. Two kinds of pathogenic bacterial strains, viz., KI 3 (Serratia marcescens)and KI 63 (Enterobacter cloacae)were discovered and identified. The insecticidal effects of the two kinds of pathogenic bacteria were evident. The results will help in researches for development of new microbial pesticide, which can control aphides effectively.
