摘要
对广西玉米南方锈病致病力、不同温度对玉米南方锈病病原菌夏孢子萌发的影响以及夏孢子形态特征、大小进行测定。结果表明,广西玉米锈病的主要类型是南方锈病(Puccinia polysora Underw.),其致病力极强,接种植株平均发病率达88.3%;广西玉米南方锈病病原菌夏孢子萌发对温度敏感,夏孢子萌发的最适温度范围在24—28℃之间,温度在36℃以上时孢子不能萌发;南方锈病病原菌夏孢子为单胞,圆形或卵圆形,孢子平均大小为26.82μm×34.46μm。研究结果为广西玉米南方锈病的防控提供了理论依据。
The present experiment has been conducted to investigate the pathogenicity of maize polysora rust spores, the effects of different temperatures on growth and development, and morphology of summer spores. The results showed that the polysora rust disease (Puccirda polysora Underw.) is the main rust disease of maize in Guangxi with strong pathogenici- ty, and the average incidence rate of inoculated plant was found to be 88.3%. The summer spores of polysora rust found to be very susceptible to the changes in temperatures, the suitable temperature for germination of summer spores ranged from 24 to 28℃, the spores were not found to germinate above 36℃. The summer spores of polysora rust were single, round or ovoid shaped, and the average size of spores was 26.82μm×34.46μm. These results will provide theoretical basis for preventing and controlling Guangxi maize polysora rust disease.
