摘要
通过对刺激隐核虫的取样,在湿房中24℃下培养,在显微镜下连续观察其生长发育情况。其结果为离开鱼体的刺激隐核虫营养体约经8~10h发育成包囊,包囊壁厚;4~6d包囊内出现窜动的纤毛幼虫;5~8d纤毛幼虫冲撞包囊壁,出现一孔洞,由这一孔洞进入水体中;约5~9d完成营养体→包囊→纤毛幼虫的过程;整个生活史周期为8~13d。
By using the sampling of Cryptocaryon irritans, under 24 ℃ in the wet building, we continuously observe the circumstance of their growth under the microscope. The result shows that the trophozite of the Cryptocaryon irritans after leaving their fish body becomes a cyst in about 8 - 10h's growth, whose wall is thick ; in 4 - 6d, there appears a string of ciliospore moving inside the cyst; in 5 -8d, the ciliospore collides the cyst wall, and then there appears a hole, by which it enters the water body; in about 5 - 9d, the process is completed from trophozite to cyst to ciliospore. The whole period for the life history lasts 8 - 13 d.
