角叉菜(Chondrus ocellatus)的人工育苗研究

摘要 本文对角叉菜的室内人工育苗做了初步的研究,详细描述了角叉菜孢子的附着与萌发、盘状体和直立枝的生长过程。研究了温度、光照和不同采苗期对孢子萌发的影响,以及温度、光照等条件对角叉菜盘状体和直立枝生长的影响,确定了角叉菜采苗的适宜季节为9~10月,幼体适宜生长的温度与光照条件为20~25℃和3000~4000Lx。以维尼纶苗帘和虾夷扇贝壳为附着基,开展了角叉菜的人工采苗,30天后培育出角叉菜的幼体,下海养殖,结果表明,在室内开展角叉菜的人工育苗是可行的。 The preliminary study on the artificial breeding of Chondrus oceUatus was conducted in this paper. The process of early development of ehondrus ocellatus, including attachment and germination of spores, and growth of erect thalli and discoid crusts, was described in this paper. The effect of temperature, light intensity and breeding time on spore germination, growth of discoid crusts and erect thaUi were taken up. Results indicated that Chondrus ocellatus grew best in 20 - 25℃ and 3000 - 4000Lx. The seeding collection should be done during July and October. Artificial breeding of Chondrus ocellatus was performed using vinylon mpo and shell as substrata. 30 days later, plantlets of Chondrus ocellatus were cultured, and translated into the field. The results of the present study suggested that it was 或 Showld be feasible for the indoor artificial breeding of Chondrus ocellatus.
