建立麻黄提取物含量测定高效液相色谱法

HPLC Determination of Content of Extractum Ephedrae Siccus

目的:建立一种麻黄提取物含量测定方法,用于生产和市场监督。方法:以Dikma C18(0.5μm,200mm×4.6mm)为色谱柱;以0.02MKH2PO4(pH=4.0):甲醇(90:10)为流动相;以外标法计算峰面积。结果:该法回收率为99.54%,表明该法用于麻黄提取物含量测定是可行的。结论:该法简便易行,结果准确,可用于麻黄提取物含量测定。

Objective ：To establish an HPLC method for the determination of the content of Extractum Ephedrae Siccus. Methods：The HPLC was on a Dikma C18 column（0.51μgm,200mm×4.6mm） at room temperature,using the mobile phase of 0.02M Potassium Dihydrogen Phospate--Methanol（90：10） ,ealeulating the contents according to the peak area with external standard. Results：The average recovery of sample was 99.54%. It shows that this method is feasible to determine Extractum Ephedrae Siccus. Conclusion：The method is simple, convenient and accurate. It can be used for the inspection of Extractum Ephedrae Siccus.
