摘要
采用正己烷浸提法从水栒子种仁中提取种仁油,油样经甲酯化处理后用GC-MS联用技术分析和鉴定其组成和相对含量,首次分离得到47种化合物,确定了其中36种,采用峰面积归一化法计算各成组相对百分含量,所鉴定的组分占总峰面积的99.78%。其中烃类、萜类、含氧萜和脂肪酸含量分别为4.439%、20.123%、1.365%和74.074%。
Cotoneaster multiflorus seed oil was extracted with n -hexane, and then esterified with potassium hydroxide and methanol. After esterification, the oil was analyzed by gas chromatography -mass spectrum (GC -MS), 47 peaks were separated and 37 peaks were identified for the first time, the compounds were quantitatively determined by normalization method, and the identified compounds represent 99.78% of total GC peak areas. The contents of alkanes, terpene, oxy -terpone and fatty acid were 4.439%, 20. 123%, 1. 365% and 74.074% respectively.
