豨莶草胶囊对大鼠血液流变学及凝血功能影响的研究

Study of Effects of Herba Siegesbeckiae Capusles on Blood Coagulation Function and Hemorheology in Rats

目的:研究豨莶草胶囊对大鼠血液流变学及凝血功能的影响。方法:建立急性血瘀大鼠模型,测定豨莶草胶囊对血液流变学的影响;测定大鼠凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)含量,观察豨莶草胶囊对凝血功能的影响。结果:豨莶草胶囊高剂量可降低急性血瘀大鼠模型的全血粘度、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数;对大鼠活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT),凝血酶原时间(PT)有明显延长作用。结论:豨莶草胶囊有改善血液流变学及凝血功能的作用。

Objective： To study the influence of Herba Siegesbeckiae Capusles on blood coagulation function and Hemorheology in Rats. Methods：Built up the model of acute blood stasis in hemorheology and analysis the effects ofHerba Siegesbeckiae Capusles on hemorheology. Prothrombin time （PT）, thrombin time （Tr）, activated partial thromboplastin time （APTT）, and the content of fibrinogen（FIB） were detected to investigate the effects of Herba Siegesbeckiae Capusles on blood coagulation function. Results：The highdose Herba Siegesbeckiae Capusles could apparently decreased the blood coagulation , hematocrit,index number of erythrocyte aggregation in the model of acute blood stasis in hemorheology. APTT and PT were significantly increased. Conclusion：Herba Siegesbeckiae Capusles has a certain improving effects on blood coagulation function and hemorheology.
