摘要
在六亚甲基四胺与硝酸镍的水溶液中,水热反应制备了由二维曲面组成的卷心菜型的具有六方晶相结构的NiO粉体,曲面的尺寸约为2μm×3μm,厚度约为100nm,二维曲面间具有大量的间隙。以该NiO作为载体,用溶胶-凝胶法在NiO载体上负载了钛酸钡纳米涂层作为光催化剂,探讨了溶液的pH值、外加添加剂、催化剂用量和磁场强度等因素对染料废水的模拟物亚甲蓝光催化降解的影响。随着外加磁场的增大,其光催化性能也相应增加。
Cabbage-like NiO powder with hexagonal structure, comprised of nearly 2-D curvature surfaces, was synthesized by hydrothermal reaction from hexamethyleneteramine and nickel nitrate. The curvature surface is found to be about 2μm×3μm with the thickness of less than 100nm. Between the curve surfaces are some gaps which allow nano-sized barium titanate powders to be distributed inside the cabbage-like NiO supporters. The coating of barium titanate was fabricated by the solgel method. The processing parameters such as the pH of the solution, the additive, the quantity of catalyst on the photocatalytic degradation of the methylene blue are studied systematically. It is interesting to find that the photocatalytic activity increases with the increasing of the intensity of magnetic field method.
