可降解环保陶瓷的制备及性能研究

摘要 采用能量色散X荧光能谱仪、高温热膨胀仪等对德化、潮州等地所产具有代表意义的可风化降解环保陶瓷的物理化学性能进行了系统的测试分析,初步探明了此类新型环保陶瓷的制备工艺和组成配方。实验探索了不同原料配方对制品风化降解性能的影响情况,结果表明,石灰石的加入量对制品降解性能影响最大,且加入量在15%左右制品的风化降解速率最快。 The composition, phase, firing temperature and physical properties of the samples were tested by energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (EDXRF), high temperature thermal dilatometer, X-Ray diffractometer (XRD) and so on. The technical features and material compositions of the degradable eco-fdendly porcelain were preliminarily proved. The effects of the raw material formula on the degradable property of the samples were studied. The results show that the amount of the limestone significantly influences the properties of the degradable environmentally-friendly porcelain. The sample with 15.0 wt% limestone sintered at 1060℃ for 160min has the best degradable property.
