复合分散剂稳定的氧化铝悬浮液抗电解质特性的研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了聚丙烯酸-柠檬酸三铵双组分的水基氧化铝悬浮液中电解质对其流变性及稳定性的影响。结果表明,在一定浓度范围内,随着电解质(氯化钠或氯化钙)的加入,悬浮液的屈服应力与粘度增大,严重影响氧化铝悬浮液的稳定性。在相同的离子强度下,复合分散剂分散的悬浮液屈服应力与粘度都比使用单一分散剂PAA的悬浮液小,表现出有效的抗离子强度能力。 Effect of the electrolyte on the rheological behaviors and stability of alumina suspensions with mixed dispersants poly (acrylic acid) (PAA) and triammonium citrate (TAC) was investigated. The results showed that the addition of an electrolyte (like NaCI or CaCI2) dramatically destabilized aqueous AI203 suspensions until a certain concentration was reached. However, at the identical ionic strength, the yield stress of the suspension with a mixed dispersant was smaller, showing an effective anti-electrolytic capability.
