摘要
以南港瓷石、三宝蓬瓷石和柳家湾瓷石组成的景德镇"一元"配方坯料系统,通过测定各温度下(1050℃、1110℃、1180℃、1250℃)烧成坯体的收缩率、吸水率、体积密度及显气孔率,探讨了瓷胎性能随配方的变化规律,并结合历史文献和相关资料进行分析,得出迫使陶工将"一元"坯料向"二元"坯料转变的原因。
In this paper, bodies of Jingdezhen porcelain composed of Nangang, Sanbaopeng and Liujiawan chinastone are studied. The effect of batch formula on the performance of the body is discussed by testing its shrinkage, water absorption, bulk density and apparent porosity after firing it at 1050℃,1180℃,1260℃and 1310℃. The reasons for the change of a " single-unite" batch formula to a "binary" in the fabrication of Jingdezhen traditional porcelain body are also explained after the analysis of historical documents and materials.
