摘要
钢渣是目前排放量较大的一种典型工业废渣,我国有效利用率仅10%,而陶瓷废渣的数量也越来越多,它们对环境造成了极大的危害。通过在钢渣中添加适量的陶瓷废渣,采用单因素法制备了抗折强度大于100MPa的新型建材。采用现代测试技术XRD、SEM对新型建材样品进行了相组成分析及显微结构观察。同时分析了用钢渣和陶瓷废渣制作新型建材的可行性,展望了其应用前景。
Steel slag is a typical mass-produced byproduct of steel making industry. In China, the recycling rate of steel slag is only 10%, and the amount of ceramic residue is also on the rise. Both of them do great harm to the environment. By adding an appropriate amount of ceramic residue to steel slag, new building materials can be prepared by single-factor methods, whose flexural strength is greater than 100MPa. The phase compositions and microstructures are tested by XRD and SEM. The feasibility of producing new building materials with steel slag and ceramic residue as well as the extensive application foreground of new building materials is also analyzed.
