摘要
直流漏电传感器是直流绝缘监测系统中的关键部件,但此部件经常存在零点漂移问题。实验结果表明,影响此问题的关键是铁芯的导磁率和品质因数等磁性能参数。通过采用交流磁性能测试法能够替代常用的冲击测磁法和“V—A”测试法而测出品质因数的高低和实际工作状态下的磁性能参数。
DC current leakage sensor is a key component of direct current insulation monitoring system, but there is zero drift on this component. The test results show that key factor that affect this problem are permeability and quality factor of iron core. Normal shock testing method and V-A testing method can not embodies existing problems, but the quality factor and magnetic properties parameters under actual working conditions can be embodied by alternating magnetic properties test method.
