Uncommon located paraganglioma in neck:report of one case

摘要正病例男,54岁。无意中发现右颈部包块入院。查体：右颈部甲状腺区触及一大小约4cm×6cm长形包块,分叶状、界尚清、随吞咽运动、质中等硬度、喉内窥不清。影像学检查：C示甲状腺右叶区软组织肿物,形态不规则,向上沿右侧甲状软骨外间隙生长,上缘达右舌骨大角水平,
