摘要 小脑由后脑发育而来,最初始于第四脑室侧壁的菱唇,此后菱唇上部突入第四脑室腔形成小脑板,两侧小脑板向外侧突起形成两个小脑半球。而位于室管层的神经上皮细胞,经过不同形式的增殖和迁移,形成了典型的小脑皮质的三层结构。多种基因可以调控小脑的发生和发育,例如调控小脑原基峡区组织者的基因otx2和gbx2,调控小脑神经元数量的基因ru49/zipro1、zic1/2,调控小脑神经元迁移的reelin,rcm以及小脑纤维联系的基因ephrin-A,Wnt3/7等。 Cerebellum develops from metencephalon,evolves initially from the rhombic lips in the superior medullary velum of the 4th ventricle,then the upper rhombic lips break into the cavity of the 4th ventricle to form the cerebellar plate,both sides of which form two cerebellar hemispheres.The neuroepithelial cells in ventricular zone undergo various patterns of proliferation and migration to form the cerebellar cortex with typical three-layers structure.Various genes are involved in the cerebellar genesis and development,such as otx2 and gbx2,ru49/zipro1、zic1/2,reelin,rcm,ephrin-A,Wnt3/7,etc.
