摘要
在传统的液压助力转向实验台架的基础上,设计了适用于电动助力转向系统的实验检测台架,包括增加方向盘转角和转矩传感器、转向助力电机和减速机构以及动态数据采集系统,可实现对电动助力转向系统参数的动态检测和分析,综合评价助力特性,为电动助力转向系统的设计及开发提供良好的技术支持.
In this paper, an experimental platform for electric power steering system is designed based on hydraulic power steering, including steering wheel angle and torque sensors, steering motor and deceleration agencies, and data acquisition system. The platform can measure and analyze the dynamic parameters of the power steering system. It can also give evaluation about the assist characteristics and provide good technical support for R & D of electric power steering system.
