陕西省专业运动员自我效能现状的调查分析

The Investigation and Analysis of Self-efficacy of Shaanxi Professional Athletes

采用问卷调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法对陕西省专业运动员的自我效能状况进行了调查,结果发现:陕西省专业运动员自我效能总分显著性高于普通人;高训练年限和高运动等级的专业运动员的比赛效能显著高于低训练年限、低运动等级的专业运动员;不同训练强度下的运动员训练效能存在显著性差异,训练效能从强到弱依次为:中等强度训练、大强度训练和小强度训练的专业运动员。

Using questionnaire, statistics and logic analysis to the professional athletes self - efficacy in shaanxi province were investigated, the results showed that ： shaanxi professional athletes self - efficacy score significantly higher than average self-efficacy. High levels of exercise training and the competition of professional athletes were significantly higher than that of low efficiency, low level of sports training of professional athletes. Under different training intensity of athletes training effectiveness exists significant difference from strong to the weak training effectiveness for moderate intensity in training, heavy strength training and little strength training of professional athletes.
