Goals and Measures to Achieve Fairness and Justice in a Harmonious Society

公平正义是社会主义和谐社会的基本特征之一,社会主义和谐社会的公平正义要重点实现政治权利平等、利益分配合理、司法公正、机会均等以及文化权利公平等五个方面的目标。建立完善的社会制度机制、建立健全合理的利益分配机制、完善社会保障体系是实现社会主义和谐社会公平正义的主要对策。

Fairness and Justice is a basically characteristic of harmonious society of socialism. Five goals should be achieved to realize the fairness and justice,they are political equality of rights, reasonable distribution of benefits, judicial administration, equalization of opportunities and cultural equality of rights. Besides,to realize the fairness and justice,there are three main countermeasures as following, establishing a mature mechanism of social system, establishing a reasonable mechanism of opportunities distribution, and improving the social security system.
