发展视角下的少数民族文化产业化--基于云南的田野调查

Analysis on Cultural Industrialization of Ethnic Minorities in the Context of Development——Based on the Investigation in Yunnan Province

知情权、参与权、决策权、受益权等权利是文化拥有者的基本权利。当前在少数民族文化产业化过程中,这些权利往往是被忽视的。这种发展不符合科学发展观的要求,不仅违背公平原则,而且使文化的传承和保护面临着更大的风险。因此,政府在促进文化产业化发展中,应该制定相关政策,切实保护少数民族的文化权利。

Rights to know, rights to participation, rights to make decision and rights to get benefit are the basic rights to the owner of the local culture in ethnic minorities. In nowadays, during the implementation process of local cultural indus- trialization of ethnic minorities, these rights are always to be ignored, which are not keeping with the requirements of scien- tific outlook of development , not only violating the fair principle , but also bringing out much risk of the succession and pro- tection for the local culture. Therefore, the government should make the related policy to deeply ensure the culture rights of the ethnic minorities in the procedure of developing cultural industrialization.
