制度学理论与苏(江)南学的拓展——评王玉贵《制度变革·社会变迁·制度绩效》

Theories of Institutionalism and the Development of South Jiangsu Studies——A Review on Institutional Changes,Social Changes and Instutional Performance by Wang Yugui

制度学派认为,制度是社会经济变迁中的决定性因素;正式制度在区域社会经济变迁的宏观层面和表现形式上起着明显的作用;在微观层面,非正式制度和"路径依赖"的影响更为重要;以制度学派理论为指导,深入考察人民公社时期的苏南农村社会经济变迁,可以拓展和深化"苏(江)南学"的研究。

The school of insfitutionalists holds that institutions are the Aecisive factor in socio-economic changes, that formal in- stitutions play a significant role in regional socio-eeonomie changes at macro-level, while at micro-level the irfluenees of informal institutions and path dependency are even more important. The paper is intended to employ the theories of the school of institu- tionalists to further develop and deepen South Jiangsu studies by investigating the socio-economic changes in the rural areas in South Jiangsu in the period of the people＇s communes.
