摘要
《吕氏春秋》对如何养生作了多方面的考察,形成了比较全面、科学的养生理论。它的养生理论主要体现为五个方面:一是"达乎性命之情"的性命观;二是"六欲皆得其宜"的嗜欲观;三是"流水不腐,户枢不蠹"的运动观;四是"达乎生死之分"的生死观;五是"成乐有具,必节嗜欲"的音乐观。《吕氏春秋》的养生理论在今天仍然有其借鉴意义。
"Lv Shi Chun Qiu" has made a variety of inspection of regimen, and formed a quite comprehensive, scientific theory. The regime theory mainly embodied five aspects: the first is the life theory on "knowing the essence of life" ; the second is the viewpoint of appetency about "appropriate desire" ; the third is the movement view about "Running water does not get stale; a door - hinge is never worm - eaten" ; the fourth is the life and death attitude about "comprehend true meaning of life and death" ; the fifth is the view of music on "refrain from immoderacy". The regimen theory still has important reference meaning today.
