翻译伦理研究中的几个问题

Several Problems in Translation Ethical Studies

文章认为,翻译研究回归到伦理问题,实质上是强调译者的主体地位,译者的伦理价值取向。在这一前提下,文章重点厘清与翻译伦理相关的三个方面的问题即:译者的义利问题,翻译的事实与价值判断问题以及翻译规范的普遍性与特殊性问题。这三个问题相互关联,环环相扣,共同构成翻译伦理研究的基本框架。

The return to ethical problems in translation studies signals that the translator＇ s dominant position and his ethical value judgment have been strengthened. Based on this premise, this paper tries to focus on three problems concerned with translation ethics, that is, the translator＇ s morality and utilitarianism, translation facts and value judgment, universality and particularity of translation norms, which are closely related to each other and together contribute to framing up the studies of translation ethics.
