摘要
文章通过对超大城市食品安全问题的剖析和民众关注度调研结果,探讨了超大城市如何做好食品安全监管和为迎接世界级盛会保障食品安全的一些措施,对超大城市健康,可持续发展和提升超大城市居民生活质量有现实意义。
Through investigation of food safety in metropolises and survey of people＇s attention rate to food safety, this paper studies on how to monitor food safety in metropolises and proposes some measures to ensure food safety upon the upcoming global event. It is of great significance to the healthy and sustainable development of the metropolises, and to the improvement of living quality of the metropolitan citizens.
