WTO国民待遇原则是现代多边贸易体制最重要的基本原则之一,与最惠国待遇原则一道共同构成了WTO非歧视原则的两大支柱。以一个历史沿革的视角,从国民待遇原则思想渊源和国民待遇原则历史沿革两个方面考察与分析WTO所确立的国民待遇原则的历史演变过程,以期能对国民待遇原则的认识在时间维度层面上有一个较为清晰与完整的把握。

The principle of national treatment under the WTO system is the most important fundamental principle of modem multilateral trading which, along with the most-favored-nation treatment principle, composes the pillar of WTO non-discriminatory principle. In order to have a clear and complete understanding of the national treatment principle in time dimension, the process of establishment of the national treatment principle is analyzed with the perspective of historical evolution, from the two aspects including thoughts origin and history evolution.
