完善城镇中低收入家庭住房保障体系的思考

Consideration on Improving Housing Security System for Urban Families of Low-and-middle Income

广大中低收入者的收入与目前急速上涨的房价之间的差距,使得住房保障体系建立和完善的要求日益突出。针对廉租房和经济适用房制度中存在的问题,结合社会保障性住房的特点,提出了完善住房保障制度的建议。

Facing the gap between low-and-middle-income families and the rapid rise in house prices, the need for perfecting housing security system becomes urgent. Based on the problems existing in the low-rent housing and economical housing system, combining the characteristics of the housing security system, this article puts forward advices on how to improve the housing security system.
