科技进步引领下的文化创新

Cultural Innovation under the Guidance of Technological Progress

在当代中国,"创新"的本质和内涵,决定了其自身在我们号召构建"创新型国家"和"学习型社会"的当下,需要有一种宏观视野和一种超越精神。当代所论的"创新",主要不在于比自身的既往提供了何种"新意",而在于它能否立足时代前沿、跻身价值高端去拓辟"新地",或至少在领略"新风"之际捕捉"新机"。在发达国家,科技的进步与发达不仅推动着经济建设,而且推动着与之相适应的文化建设。事实上,发达国家之所以产生并且重视发达的科技,本身就有着与之相适应的文化土壤。当前,文化科技创新与文化体制创新关涉的核心内容其实就是文化生产力与文化生产关系的协调权衡、妥善处理的问题。而摆在我们面前的两难的问题是,文化创新主要是追求"自律性"的完美自足,还是适应"他律性"的扩展增容。适应经济社会发展的需求,是科技进步引领下的文化创新的大目标。我们之所以说"文化产业"意识的确立是当下最重要的文化创新,在于我们把实现文化权益的公平性放在比实现文化享受的奢华型更为重要的位置。所以,科技进步不仅将引领我们的文化创新,而且将推动文化发展理念在更高的层面进行新建构。基于以上分析,本文从现时代的"文化创新"应成为"大国崛起的文化准备",科技进步引领立足时代前沿、跻身价值高端的文化创新,"文化产业"意识的确立是当前文化发展理念最重要的创新,"文化创新"一要关注体制改革二要关注科技进步,"演艺科技创新"是文化创新应特别关注的重要领域,"教育先行"是文化创新应当关注的"长远的事情",我们要适应经济社会发展的要求进行文化创新等七个方面,对相关问题做了深入论述。

In contemporary China,the nature and connotation of ＂innovation＂ determine that at present when we advocate ＂Innovative Country＂ and ＂Learning Society,it needs a macro view and a transcendent spirit. Therefore,the ＂innovation＂ we are talking about now lies not in what ＂newness＂ it has already provided,but in whether it can stand in the forefront of the time and the high end of the value to open ＂new land＂,or at least catching ＂new opportunities＂ when enjoying the ＂new trend＂. The present article analyzes the contemporary significance of the definition of ＂innovation＂ and its close relation to cultural construction in seven aspects：1. contemporary ＂cultural innovation＂ should become the ＂cultural preparation for the rise of China＂; 2. technological progress leads cultural innovation which stands in the forefront of the time and the high end of the value; 3. the establishment of ＂cultural industry＂ awareness is the most important innovation of contemporary cultural development concept; 4. ＂cultural innovation＂ must pay attention to both system reformation and technological progress; 5. ＂performance technology innovation＂ is the important area that needs special attention; 6. ＂education first＂ is the ＂long-term issue＂ that should be noticed by cultural innovation; 7. we should have cultural innovation adapted for economic and social development.
