黄皮种子黄酮类化合物和多糖的提取与测定研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文以黄皮种子为材料,对其多糖及黄酮类化合物的分离提取进行了研究.实验采用石油醚除脂,热水浸提,Sevage法除蛋白,乙醇醇析提取,沉淀,干燥等方法研究黄皮种子多糖的提取工艺,并用硫酸-苯酚法对多糖含量进行了检测.对黄皮种子乙醇提取物用Mg+HCl、Zn+HCl、1%FeCl_3-乙醇溶液、2%AlCl_3-乙醇溶液、1%NaOH进行显色反应,呈现黄酮类化合物性质特征颜色,又通过紫外吸收光谱法对甲醇提取物进行特征测定,观察到黄酮类化合物的特征吸收峰带.结果表明,黄皮种子干品中粗多糖含量为20.83%,精多糖含量为2.4%,其结果证明了黄皮种子具有多种医疗保健功效的物质基础,为进一步开发利用提供了科学依据. This article used the seed of Ciausena lansium(Lour.) Skeels to study the separating and extacting technology of polysaccharides and flavonioids. The experimmts studied the extracting technology of polysaccharides by the methods of eliminating fat with petroleum ether,hot water extracting,sevage deproteinizing,precipitation with alcohol,precipitation,drying.The content of polysaccharides was determined by phenol-H_2SO_4 method.Kthanol extracts of Ciausena lansium(Lour.) Skeels were allowed to react with color developer such as Mg(Zn) powder and HCl,1%FeCl,ethanol,2%AlCl_3 ethanol and 1%NaOH respectively.The UV absorption band of methanol extracts of that was determined by absorption sepectromenrry.Characteristic color and UV absorption spectra peak band of flavonoids were then observed.The results showed that the content of rough polysaccaride in dried sample was 20.83%.
