摘要
本文应用完全因素分解法,对北京市2000-2008年九年的能源强度变化进行分析,得出北京市能源强度的总体变化趋势是下降的结论。研究表明,产业结构的调整和能源利用效率提高的双重作用促进了北京市的能源强度近十年来逐渐降低,而第二产业能源效率的提高起到了重要作用。作者结合北京市未来的发展方向,提出了提高能源使用效率、改善产业结构和积极开发新能源等措施和建议。
The article analyses the changes ofBeijing's energy intensity from 2000 to 2008 using ingredient decomposition analysis. And the conclusion is that the energy intensity of Beijing has the decreasing tendency. The results show that Beijing' s energy intensity was primarily driven by two factors: the adjustment of industrial structure and the improvement of energy efficiency, and the improvement of energy efficiency in second industry has played the most important role. Combining the development orientations of Beijing in future, the author suggests that the capital' s energy consumption should be reformed by improving energy efficiency, industrial structure and developing new energies actively as well.
