摘要 为快速、准确地判断心音的正常与否,本文提出一种心音特征波形法,通过建立单自由度分析模型提取心音特征波形,计算出心音特征参数来判别正常与异常的心音。文中通过对心脏病患者术前/术后的心音案例进行分析,验证了心音特征波形法的有效性,并对已采集的50组正常与30组异常的心音数据进行实验及统计分析,准确率分别达到了98%、93.33%。 In order to discriminate normal and abnormal heart sounds(HSs) accurately and effectively, heart sound characteristic waveform (HSCW)method is proposed to analyze HSs. Characteristic waveform is extracted from an analytical model of single degreeof-freedom(SDOF). Furthermore, characteristic parameters are calculated to discriminate normal and abnormal heart sounds. A case study on abnormal HSs from a heart patient before and after surgery demonstrates the validation of the usefulness and efficiency of the proposed HSCW method. Besides, 50 normal and 30 abnormal HSs are collected and analyzed , the accuracy performances are achieved by 98% and 93.33% respectively.
