摘要
介绍一种用于老电站水轮机更新改造中的水力优化设计方法,即基于全流道三维粘性流场数值模拟的性能预测评估的数字化优化设计方法。该方法能够在大部分部件不变的情况下,考虑在水轮机改造过程中的诸多约束条件和更新改造的目标的条件进行优化设计。利用多工况性能预测便于优化需要改造的过流部件并与不更新的部件保持良好的匹配性,使得更新改造后的水轮机能在更宽广的范围内高效运行。与传统模型试验方法相比,降低了研发成本。文中的方法已用于映秀湾电站的水轮机改造,证明是可行的,其优化设计方法可用于老电站水轮机更新改造的目标制定,并且是研发成本和缩短周期的有效技术途径。
An optimization design methodology suitable for rehabilitation and upgrading projects is presented for an existing hydropower plant by means of digital design and performance assessment based on 3D viscous flow numerical simulation of the complete hydro turbine passage at multi-operating conditions. The proposed methodology takes into account the constraints and objectives' specific such a design issue in which most of the main dimensions of the existing turbine differ significantly from that of a new design. The use of multi-operating points performance estimation based on 3D viscous flow numerical simulations will lead the designers to optimize the components to be renovated and keep good match with the rest components in hydraulic performances for a wider operating range, thus reducing R&D cost for rehabilitation and upgrading projects compared with traditional hydraulic laboratory testing. The validation of the methodology is verified by the rehabilitation project for YINXIUWAN hydro power plant. The results attained show that the performances of the retrofitted hydro turbine can be reliably predicted based on numerical tests., and the numerical tests proposed can substitute for the traditional model tests in the retrofit of a hydro turbine, and the presented optimization design procedure can be used as a target oriented and cost effective development approach for the rehabilitation and/or upgrading hydro turbines of an existing hydro power plant.
