摘要
对1151名东北师大免费与非免费师范生的学习动机类型和强度进行了调查。结果表明:(1)免费与非免费师范生均以"自我实现"和"就业与生活"为主导动机,免费师范生在"社会奉献"动机上高于非免费师范生,在"荣誉与奖励"动机上低于非免费师范生。(2)未发现免费与非免费师范生的学习动机强度存在显著差异。进一步分析发现,在理科生中,免费师范生的动机强度低于非免费师范生;在文科生中,免费师范生动机强度高于非免费师范生。
The type and the intensity of learning motivation among 1151 students in free normal education and students in non-free normal education in northeast normal university was assessed in this study. The results show that: (1) "seRf-actualization" and "employment and life" are the primary motivations for both of the students, however, in contrast with the students in non-free normal education, the motivation of "social contributions" of students in free normal education is much higher, and the motivation of "honors and awards" is much lower; (2) there is no significant difference between students in free normal education and students in non-free normal education in the intensity of learning motivation. The further analysis finds that the intensity of learning motivation of students in free normal education is lower than that of students in non-free normal education in science while higher in the arts.
