摘要 水电站的水轮机长期偏离最优工况区运行时,不仅运行效率低,而且转轮空蚀破坏严重,导致机组出力严重不足。本研究应用CFD软件,采取数值模拟的技术手段来找到水电站旧转轮的内部流动的缺陷,有针对性的设计水电站新转轮,进行电站的技术改造,达到节省电站改造成本,缩短电站技改时间,并满足在不改动水轮机其他过流部件的条件下,通过只更换转轮的技术手段来达到水轮机增容防蚀的目的。通过对一电站的技改表明,本研究有效地提高了水电站水轮机的效率和出力,缩短了技改时间,降低了技改成本,取得了显著的经济效益。 If the turbine of a hydropower station does not operate under the optimal working condition for a long time, its operating efficiency will be very low and its runner will be seriously damaged by cavitation. Both of them will lead to serious inefficiency of out' put. By using CFD software and taking the technical measure of numerical simulation, the defects of internal flow of the old runner Of the hydropewer station are found out. New runner for the hydropower station is designed in view of these defects. Through the technical renovation of the hydropower station, the renovation cost of the station can be cut down, and the technical renovation period will be shortened. The purpose of increasing the capacity and corrosion prevention can be achieved by only replacing the runner rather than changing other flow passage components of the turbine. The technical renovation of the hydropewer station shows that the approach effectively improves the efficiency and output of the turbine, shortens the technical renovation period, reduces the technical renovation cost. As a result, the distinct economic benefit is achieved.
