摘要
为反映免费师范生学习动机强度的发展趋势,采用交叉聚合设计对某部属师范大学2007级和2008级的2022名免费师范生和非免费师范生的学习动机强度进行了追踪研究,结果发现:(1)2008级师范生大一时的学习动机强度显著低于2007级师范生大一时的学习动机强度。(2)从大一到大二,2007级师范生的学习动机强度显著下降。(3)免费与非免费师范生学习动机强度的发展变化趋势基本一致。
This study investigated the learning motivation of 2022 students in free normal education and non-free normal education in 2007 grade and 2008 grade in one normal school using a sequential design. The results show that: (1) the intensity of learning motivation of students of normal education in 2008 grade is significant lower than that of students in 2007 grade when they were both freshmen; (2) the intensity of learning motivation of students in normal education in 2007 grade declines significantly from freshman to sophomore; (3) the development tendency of the intensity of learning motivation of students in free normal education is similar to students in non-free normal education.
