免费与非免费师范生学习动机强度的发展趋势

The Development of the Intensity of Learning Motivation of Students in Free Normal Education and Students in Non-free Normal Education

为反映免费师范生学习动机强度的发展趋势,采用交叉聚合设计对某部属师范大学2007级和2008级的2022名免费师范生和非免费师范生的学习动机强度进行了追踪研究,结果发现:(1)2008级师范生大一时的学习动机强度显著低于2007级师范生大一时的学习动机强度。(2)从大一到大二,2007级师范生的学习动机强度显著下降。(3)免费与非免费师范生学习动机强度的发展变化趋势基本一致。

This study investigated the learning motivation of 2022 students in free normal education and non-free normal education in 2007 grade and 2008 grade in one normal school using a sequential design. The results show that： （1） the intensity of learning motivation of students of normal education in 2008 grade is significant lower than that of students in 2007 grade when they were both freshmen; （2） the intensity of learning motivation of students in normal education in 2007 grade declines significantly from freshman to sophomore; （3） the development tendency of the intensity of learning motivation of students in free normal education is similar to students in non-free normal education.
