母体高脂饮食编程子代胰岛素抵抗的研究进展

摘要 成年疾病可能起源于生命早期的不良营养环境,越来越多的研究揭示生命早期高脂暴露是导致胰岛素抵抗发生的危险因素。本文综述了母体高脂饮食编程子代发生胰岛素抵抗的动物实验证据,并讨论了可能的作用机制。 Adult diseases may originate from the impaired nutrition in early life. Accumulated reports suggest that e: fat diet in early life is a risk factor for insulin resistance. This paper summarizes the animal experiment evidences aboul ante of offspring caused by maternal high fat diet programming, and discusses the potential mechanism.
