摘要
文章通过相应的假设条件,借助于数学工具,分析了片区内具有一个(独立的)中央商务区对房地产价格的影响,及从收益最大化角度确定的中央商务区的布置,并从结果得出相应的具有合理性和科学性的结论。
This paper analyzes the effect of one central business district upon the real estate price under corresponding hypothesis conditions and by means of mathematic implement. Then it defines the arrangement of the central business district from the point of view of maximum avails. Finally, rational and scientifical conclusions are drawn from the analysis.
