低场强MRI在膝关节外伤中的诊断价值

目的研究膝关节外伤MRI的表现,评价MRI在膝关节外伤中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经手术、关节镜检查或临床证实的103例膝关节外伤的MRI表现。结果103例患者中同时发生膝关节骨折、骨挫伤、半月板损伤和韧带损伤55例(53.4%),三种损伤24例(22.5%),二种损伤的7例(7.5%),仅发生一种损伤的17例(16.5%)。结论多方位、多序列MRI扫描可清晰显示膝关节半月板、韧带及骨等复杂损伤的各种影像征象,是膝关节外伤后较理想的一种非创伤性检查方法。

Objective To analyze the MRIappearances of the knee injury, and evaluate the clinical value of MRIin the knee injury. Methods A retrospective study of MRIappearances in 103 cases by surgery, arthroscopy or clinical confirmed of the knee injury was performed. Results Among 103 cases, 55 cases （53.5%） with simultaneous knee fractures, bone contusion, meniscus and ligament injury, 24 cases （22.5%） with three kinds of injury, 7 cases （7.5%）with two kinds of injury, 17 cases （16.5%） only with one kind of damage. Conclusion Multi-directional, multi-sequence MRIscan can clearly demonstrate the meniscal tears, ligamenttears and bone injuries of the knee, so it should be an ideal non-invasive examination methods in post-tranmatic knee.
