摘要
目的观察富硒绿茶对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法昆明系小鼠随机分为对照组、低、中、高剂量组。对照组予蒸馏水,其余各组均予不同浓度的茶叶水灌胃。完成腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬活力测定、溶血空斑、CoA诱导脾淋巴细胞转化、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞试验。结果各实验显示,低、中剂量组与对照组差异有统计学意义,高剂量组与对照组则差异无统计学意义。结论富硒绿茶低、中剂量能够显著提高小鼠的免疫功能;高剂量短期内可以增强免疫功能,长期使用则不能增强免疫功能。
Objective To observe the effects of the selenium-enriched green tea on the immune function of the mouse. Methods The mouse were randomly divided into the control group, the low-dose group, the middle-dose group, the high-dose group in each experiment. The control group were irrigated with distilled water, and the remaining mouse with the tea water. Sub-peritoneal rnacrophage phagocytosis dynamic tests, hemolytic plaque tests, CoA-induced mouse spleen lymphocyte transformation tests, macrophage phagocytosis of chicken red blood cell tests were complished in the respective division. Results All tests show: there is significant difference between the low-dose group, the middle-dose group and the control group,but there is no significant difference between the high-dose group and the control group. Conclusion the low-dose and the middle-dose Se-rich green tea can significantly improve the immune function of the mouse; the high-dose Se-rich green tea can enhance the immune function in the short term, however the high-dose can not enhance the immune function in the long term, which may be related to significantly inhibit the weight gain of the mouse.
