摘要
目的探讨血清中碱性磷酸酶(ALP)的活性水平在正常孕妇中的临床价值。方法采用酶法测定145例正常孕妇血清中ALP的活性水平。结果正常孕妇组血清中ALP明显高于正常非孕妇组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清ALP是孕期妇女很好的监测指标,检测血清ALP在正常孕妇中的活性水平,可以为妇女和胎儿的优生优育起到积极的临床作用。
Objective To investigate the serum alkaline phosphatase （ALP） activity levels in normal pregnant women in clinical value. Methods Enzymatic determination of 145 cases of normal pregnant women, serum ALP activity levels. Results In normal pregnant women, serum ALP was significantly higher than in normal non-pregnant group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Serum ALP is a very good indicators for monitoring pregnant women, detection of serum ALP activity in normal pregnant women the level, you can prenatal and postnatal care for women and the fetus play a positive clinical effect.
