异丙酚联合阿托品对于无痛人流的临床效果影响探讨

目的探讨异丙酚联合阿托品应用无痛人流手术的临床效果。方法128例人流患者被随机分为试验组(n=66)和对照组(n=62),对照组给予异丙酚麻醉方案,实验组给予异丙酚联合阿托品麻醉方案。结果两组在手术时间、出血量、术后宫缩幅度等方面无显著性差异(P>0.05),但在人流综合征、宫口松弛、术中追加麻醉等有显著性差异(P<0.05),试验组显著优于对照组。另外镇痛效果试验组也显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论异丙酚联合阿托品应用于无痛人流手术,安全有效,镇痛效果显著,值得在临床上应用和推广。

Objective To explore the curative effect ofpropofol combined with atropine used in artificial abortion. Methods 128 cases of abortion patients were randomly divided into experimental group （n=66） and control group （n=62）, control group were given propofol anesthesia project, and experimental group were given anesthesia project of propofol combined with atropine. Results The surgery time, amount of bleeding and uterine contraction extent in two groups had no significant differences （P〉0.05）.But artificial abortion syndrome, uterus laxity and superaddition of anesthesia in experimental group were significantly better （P〈0.05）,and analgesia effect of experimental group was significantly better than control group, too. Conclusion Anesthesia project of propofol combined with atropine treated for artificial abortion was safe and effectual, and analgesia effect was significant, so it deserved application and promotion in clinical work.
