心脑舒通胶囊治疗2型糖尿病高黏血症临床疗效观察

目的观察心脑舒通胶囊治疗2型糖尿病高黏血症临床疗效。方法60例2型糖尿病高黏血症患者随机分为2组。治疗组40例,在常规治疗基础上加用心脑舒通胶囊;对照组20例,常规治疗。2组连续用药21d,观察治疗前后疗效。结果治疗组治疗前后各项实验指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论心脑舒通胶囊治疗糖尿病高黏血症有较好疗效,且无明显不良反应。

Objective To observe clinical therapeutic effect of xinnaoshutong capsule in the treatment of diabetes irmocens with hyperviscosity. Methods Sixty patients of diabetes innocens with hyperviscosity were divides into two groups stochastically. The treatment group of 40 patients was treated with conventional therapy and xinnaoshutong capsule; the control group of 20 patients was treated with conventional therapy only. The two groups applied drugs continuously for 21 days, then observed the curative effect before and after the therapy. Results There was significant difference of each detecting index between pre and post treatment in the treatment group （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Xirmaoshutong capsule had sure effect for treating diabetes irmocens with hyperviscosity and no adverse reaction.
