The Research on the Mode and Tactic of Knowledge Integration of Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements

知识整合是科技成果转化知识管理诸环节中起承接作用的关键环节。本文深入分析了基于科技成果转化最终产品形成的知识状态跃迁过程,针对科技成果转化各阶段分别提出吸收型、消化型、再造型、共生型的知识整合模式,并从转化人才、供应链的视角,提出科技成果转化的知识整合应用策略。这对科技成果转化组织有效开发利用内外知识资源,提高科技成果转化效率具有重要现实意义。

Knowledge integration is the crucial process which plays a connecting role in knowledge management of transformation of scientific and technological achievements （TSTA）. This paper analyzes the knowledge states transition course based on the process of the ultimate product forming of TSTA, and brings forward the absorbing, digesting, reforging, accreting knowledge integration mode of each stage of TSTA. Finally it gives the knowledge integration tactic from the view of talents and supply chain.
