加强大型科学仪器中心和分析测试中心建设的思考

Analysis of the Development of Large-scale National Scientific Instruments Center and National Testing and Analysis Center

国家大型科学仪器中心和分析测试中心(以下简称两中心)是我国大型科学仪器设备的重要组成部分。经过多年的建设发展,两中心通过对外服务提高了有限资源的使用效益,在重大创新中的作用和地位日益突出,产生了明显经济社会效益。本文分析了两中心的发展现状、存在问题,提出了未来建设的对策建议。

Large-scale national scientific instruments center and national testing and analysis center are the important components of large-scale scientific instruments and equipment in China. Through many years development, efficiency of limited resources is improved , the role and status of the centers in major innovation have become increasingly prominent, and economic and social benefits obviously created. This paper analyzes the centers＇ development status and problems, and proposes some adviee for the development of them.
