知识产权归属问题是产学研结合创新成败的关键。本文试从国家主管部门和产学研结合创新组织体之间的知识产权归属、产学研各创新主体之间的知识产权归属以及产学研各创新主体与内部科技人员之间的知识产权归属三个方面探讨产学研结合创新中的知识产权归属制度。

The issue of ownership of intellectual property is the key point of industry-university-institute innovation. This article explores the legal system for the ownership of intellectual property based on the following three aspects： the ownership of intellectual property between the government and industry-university-institute innovation organization, the ownership of intellectual property among the industry-university-institute innovation organization, as well as the ownership of intellectual property for the main bodies and the scientific and technical personnel.
