Playing Positive Effects of New Hi-tech Corporation Policy on FDI

我国高新技术企业新认定办法颁布以来,外资企业的认定情况受到格外关注。本文结合2008年高新技术企业认定情况,就高新技术企业新认定办法与外资政策的关系、新认定外资高新技术企业的特点以及相关工作中的问题和挑战做了深入分析,并提出了外资高新技术企业相关工作的建议。

Since the promulgation of the new identification approach to hi-tech corporation, foreign-funded corporations have received a special attention. Based on the identification situation in 2008, this paper gives a deep analysis on the relation of the new identifi cation approach and foreign policy, the traits of new identified foreign hi-tech corporations and the existing problems and challenges in related work. Finally, this paper comes up with some propositions on the related work.
