摘要
本文在"压力-状态-响应"(PSR)模型的基础上构建了武汉都市农业生态安全评价指标体系,通过对生态安全总体状态、安全等级和障碍因素的分析,笔者发现武汉市都市农业生态安全由改善中的不安全系统向安全系统转变,主要障碍因素是资源环境压力和资源环境状态因素,生态环境保护整治能力的障碍度逐渐下降。武汉市应该以"两型社会"建设为契机,继续推进环境保护的相关政策,以缓解武汉都市农业的资源环境压力,提高生态环境保护整治能力,使资源环境状态的恶化趋势得以扭转,从而保证武汉都市农业生态安全稳定良好发展。
This paper constructs the ecological security index system of Wuhan urban agriculture according to the PSR model. Analyzing general state, security degree and obstacle factors of the ecological security, we get several conclusions as follows. Ecological security of Wuhan urban agriculture changes from insecurity of amelioration to security; Pressure and state of resource and environment are the main obstacles to ecological security; its obstacles to response capability is descending. Taking chance of "Two- Oriented Society" construction, Wuhan should carry out environment protection policies to ease resource and environment pressure, improve response capability, and raise the stable development of the eco-security.
