Analysis on the Agricultural Biotechnology Patent Information Management

农业生物技术的最终目标是产业化,而产业化的核心和关键是拥有自主知识产权的重要功能基因,因此,在农业生物技术研发过程中,对专利信息的管理尤为重要。通过对我国农业生物技术研发面临的知识产权风险和我国目前农业生物技术专利信息的管理现状分析,提出我国农业生物技术专利信息管理目标和加强农业生物技术专利信息资源建设、提高农业生物技术专利信息管理能力、加强农业生物技术知识产权专门人才队伍和服务机构建设等对策建议。

The core and the key of industrialization, as the ultimate goal of agricultrual bioteehnology, is to hold the important functions of genes with independent intellectual property. Therefore, patent information management is particularly important in agricultural biotechnology research and development process. This paper analyzes the intellectual property challenges faced by China＇ s R＆D of agricultural biotechnology and China＇s current agricultural biotechnology patent information management situation. This paper puts forward to some proposals about the agricultural biotechnology patent information management.
